Stilletto Legs

60 minutes

A woman with a pretty hard body gives zero f's about a jiggly thigh. The Stilletto legs workout is our  focuses on the front, side, and backs of your legs. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises with and without weights, you'll bounce, squat and lunge your legs into the shape of their life.  This workout moves at a slow and steady pace and you will see a difference, tomorrow. Not kidding. For best results, this training session is recommended twice a week. 
All levels welcome.

 

Health Benefits: Your quads, hamstrings, and glutes are the largest muscle groups in your body. Working your legs on a regular basis will increase your lean muscle mass, giving you a leaner body. Not to mention, the more muscle on your body, the higher your metabolism will be and the more fat you’ll burn.
