Stilletto Legs

Lower body workouts are pretty hard body. My Stilletto legs workout focuses on the front, side, and backs of your legs by doing exercises that are gonna hit the multiple areas of a muscle group from multiple angles.  This workout moves at a slow and steady pace and you will see a difference, tomorrow. Not kidding. For best results, this training session is recommended twice a week.
