Women need muscle, period. Some women build muscle for figure competitions, while other women build muscle to combat jiggly thighs, flabby arms and fat backs. Mature women in particular can benefit most from bone loss prevention and increased strength inactivities of daily life, while all women regardless of any age, can benefit reap the aesthetic benefits of having a pretty hard body.
I am a native of New York who has been certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist.
With a mix of traditional weight lifting, combined with current resistance training trends, my workout sessions are 100% upper or lower body focused.
My style of body sculpt training is structured and targeted enough to not interfere with any rest periods your body may require between your yoga, barre, or pilates classes.
Total body workouts are fabulous but not when it comes to building muscle in very targeted areas of a woman's body.as well, because my training is exercises that will tighten your arms, sculpt your backor understanding of what it takes to change their body's composition through weight lifting and resistance training.
